Welcome to Business StepIn. These terms govern access to our coaching and startup training services and any purchases made at businesstepin.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services or completing a purchase, clients agree to these terms and any updates.

2. Our Offerings

2.1 Coaching and Training Services

Business StepIn provides personalized coaching sessions and group workshops for managers and teams to develop leadership and launch strategies.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital resources include guides, templates, and online modules delivered electronically.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical items include printed manuals, branded merchandise, and training kits shipped to clients.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are displayed prior to booking or purchase. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Coaching and Training Services

Clients may request reimbursement or session rescheduling by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via contact form. Late requests incur a forfeiture of the session fee. If Business StepIn cancels, a full reimbursement is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

4.2 Digital Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately. Once access begins, no reimbursement is available. If access fails due to an error on our part, a replacement link will be provided upon request via contact form.

4.3 Physical Goods

Clients may request reimbursement within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a request, contact us via contact form. Reimbursement is processed within 14 days after we receive goods sent back. Shipping-back is at the client's expense unless the item arrived damaged. Business StepIn may offer an exchange or arrange a pickup.

5. Session Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with no extra fee if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Later requests may incur a charge or be treated as a forfeited session.

6. No Outcome Guarantee

Business StepIn does not promise specific results. Clients are responsible for their own progress and use of materials.
